Our offer and services are only for your personal, non-commercial purpose. You cannot sale any content or information provided by our web site. You may not use any “deep-link”, “page-scrape”, “robot”, “spider” or other automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy or monitor any portion of the Site or any Content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents or information through any means not purposely made available through the Site for commercial or competitive purpose.
All prices provided via our web site are gross prices so that it includes Value Added Tax(VAT)/sales tax or any other taxes. Prices of tickets are prices as per person or group depending on customer selection as per confirmation email.
The trip “make your own trip”
Price of this trip depends on what was agreed between “Horyzontytravel” and customer. Payments provided via the site is only the payment for reservation of the trip.
Obvious errors in trip/offer description like for instance typos cannot be a subject of claims or complains.
Horyzontytravel will provide their best in their service, although in case of any unpredicted circumstances, like road accident, poor weather, trip time may change.
In terms to complete your reservation customer must provide valid e-mail address. Horyzontytravel are not responsible for incorrect or invalid email address provided nor validating or ensuring whether the email address is correct and valid. Same in regards of phone number or credit card number.
Any type of complains or against Horyzontytravel or against services/trips itself should be addressed as soon as possible and not later than 30 days since service/trip was provided. Claims or complains posted after 30 days time may be rejected and a person who claimed those looses automatically any rights to any compensation(in terms of complains or any additional costs).
As we do our best to provide our customers with best service we keen for improvements and enhancement and therefore we may ask you to provide us with feedback after your trip is completed.
The tour schedule and the order of the places visited, may change depending on the hours you enter the museums and the availability of local guides. We send the final trip plan by email one or two days before the tour.
Rules of payments
We accept following type of payments:
– Bank transfer
– Debet and credit cards via Paypal
Prepayments, cancellations, no-show and other critical rules
To confirm your trip, you need to pay instalment which is at least 10% of final price. In case of cancellation done by customer, instalment is not a subject of refund, unless it was agreed differently.
Any cancellations need to be written, including emails, otherwise it may not be valid.
Once you reserve trip via web site, phone or email you accept following conditions of cancellation (unless agreed differently):
– Cancellation within less than 7 days before trip: no refund;
– Cancellation within less than 14 day before trip: 50% of refund will be provided;
– Cancellation within less than30day before trip: 80% of refund will be provided;
